CAPITAL INVESTMENT/IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM (CIP)

           

ENGINEERING: The Administrator and Engineers are responsible for management of capital projects for the City of Richland Center.  The majority of projects managed are identified in the City’s 5-Year Capital Investment/Improvement Program.  Project management responsibilities include project design, design consultant selection, design consultant management, permit coordination, project bid coordination, preparation of bid documents, construction management, and other tasks as required for construction of capital improvement projects.
