EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT: The City Administrator is responsible for establishing “Emergency – Continuity of Government” by:

 

·           Attending as the City Representative to the Richland County LEPC meetings. Chief of Police also attends.

 

·           Established Emergency Operations Plan (EOP):

        -      Establishing Training and Testing of the Emergency Operations Plan

- City Council passes City Resolution for NIMS Emergency Plan Conversion by staff
