noise complaints are handled by the Richland Center Police
Department. If a Citizen feels someone is causing unreasonable
noise at an unreasonable time, they should report this to the Richland Center
Police Department. Reference Code: Municipal Ord. Chapter. Ordinance and State Law. Any
