CODE ENFORCEMENT: MISSION

THE GOAL OF CODE ENFORCEMENT

IS TO IMPROVE THE AESTHETICS, HEALTH, AND

SAFETY OF THE CITIZENS OF RICHLAND CENTER.

ONLINE CODE VIOLATION COMPLAINT FORM

To report a complaint about any building, land use, or environmental code violation in the City of Richland Center, please complete the following form to the best of your ability.  Providing as much specific information as you can will be of help in the processing of your complaint.   An asterisk (*) in the blank areas below indicates that you must fill in that particular field entry in order for this department to proceed investigating your complaint. 

If you have an after-hours or weekend complaint regarding an activity or known violation that is happening now and represents an emergency that poses a threat to public safety or irreparable environmental harm, please call 608-XXX-XXXX or 608-XXX-XXXX.  Otherwise, during regular business hours 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. you may call 608-XXX-XXXX.
