Upon Planning
Commission Approval and verifications all required documents are on file with
the City the Building Safety/Building Inspector has 10 days to
review plans and issue building permits.
o
COMMERCIAL:
§
State Plan Check
Conditional Letter must be on file with City for Planning Commission to approve.
Upon Planning Commission Approval and verification all required documents are
on file with the City and upon verification by City Engineer and Building
Safety “Building Permits” can be issued.
§
Approval will usually
be contingency on certain property/site or performance related concerns of
the Planning Commission such as public hearing, environment, other agency approvals: DNR, PSC, WISDOT, ET PLANNING, OR
TOWNSHIPS.
** Planning Commission and City Council Action are required
before
“ Building Permits
” will be issued on certain
applications.
