The City of Richland Center: City Utilities-Water Utility is
responsible for the operations, maintenance, and replacement of the water
mains, distribution and transmission, and water pumping and water tank
facilities.

The Water Utility Staff consist of __ full time and ___part time
employees. Our facilities operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Our
personnel are on call to respond 24 hours per day.
Water Leak Reporting, Our facility
has personnel on-call 24-hours per day, 7-days per week. If you experience a
water system issue in your home or business, notify our department
immediately at 608 647-____. Our personnel will come out and check the water
mains and notify you of the condition. If we do not find a problem in our
water mains, we will notify you to call a plumber of your choice. Following
this procedure may save you unnecessary cost of a plumber's call.
